Brookfield Zoo

 Yesterday we took Addie to the zoo.  It was a little chilly when we first got there, but turned out to be a pretty nice day.

On our way home from the zoo we stopped to visit Aaron, Kelli, and Andrew. Addie got lots of kisses from Andrew.

Little Swimmer

Today Addie started swim lessons at the Y.  This was her first time in a pool, so I was a little nervous that she would scream.  She did the complete opposite.  She loved playing in the water!  She seemed like a natural swimmer kicking her feet while we moved around the pool.  We had so much fun and I can't wait until next weeks lesson.

Addie has finally mastered crawling!  My how my life has now changed.

We also got Kennedy and Addie in their Halloween costumes, but I don't want everyone to see her in her costume before Halloween, so I will post those pictures next week.

Group picture time..... We are planning on getting pictures taken of all 4 of the girls together over Thanksgiving weekend.  We had enough trouble with 3 of them, so I can't imagine what it will be like with 4.

 

 

 

 We got home at 11:30 last night and it was really cold in the house.  Brrrrrrr....

I was worried we were going to have a picky eater, since I couldn't get her to eat hardly anything the last couple of weeks.  Apparently I had nothing to worry about.  All of a sudden she eats whatever I make her!

6 Month Check Up

We went for Addie's 6 month check up on Monday.  She is now 18 lbs. 2 oz (90th%) and 27 inches (90th%).  The doctor said she is just perfect, but of course we already knew that!  She received her 4 shots like a champ, but has developed a rash all over her body.  The doctor isn't to concerned and said to give her benedryl for the next couple of days. Hopefully my happy baby will be back to normal in a couple of days.

 

 

 

Adelynn's 6 Month Photo Shoot

Adelynn will be 6 months old tomorrow, so today I went to Sears and got her pictures taken. She did an awesome job! She was in her typical happy mood and it was really easy to get her to smile. It is going to be very hard for me to pick out the pictures I like best. Here are just a few of the pictures.
